黑叉尾海燕（英文名：Swinhoe's Storm Petrel，学名：Hydrobates monorhis），是鹱形目海燕科暴风海燕属的鸟类。该物种已被列入国家林业局2000年8月1日发布的《国家保护的有益的或者有重要经济、科学研究价值的陆生野生动物名录》。
繁殖区： IO, PO : Verkhovsky and Karamzhin is. and satellite islets (sw of Vladivostok, Russia), off Honshu, Shikoku and Kyushu (c Japan), Korean Pen., off Shandong and Guangdong (e China) and Taiwan; possibly also Macaronesia (off nw Africa)
非繁殖区： through seas of e Indonesian Arch., Ashmore Reef (nw of Australia) to w, s India and Sri Lanka, Arabian Sea, and off ne African coast, mostly n of Equator
